Project and After-Sales Support
LIANXIN supports plastic bottle molding projects from early technical review through commissioning and production follow-up. Exact service scope, response method and deliverables are confirmed in the project agreement.
Before order confirmation
LIANXIN reviews the bottle drawing or sample, approved resin, volume, weight, neck finish, cavity plan, output target, site utilities and required project documents. Start with the product comparison or the relevant application guide.
Manufacturing and trial stage
Depending on project scope, support may include design confirmation, mould matching, machine assembly, trial production and agreed acceptance checks. Bottle samples and operating records can be reviewed against confirmed project criteria.
Commissioning and training
Commissioning support may be remote or on site, as agreed. It can cover installation checks, utility confirmation, startup, process adjustment, routine operation, basic maintenance and operator training.
Required space, power, cooling water, compressed air, lifting access and safety arrangements should be ready before commissioning begins.
Warranty and service response
The standard reference warranty period is 12 months, subject to the signed contract and its stated starting point, exclusions and service conditions.
Remote support inquiries are generally answered within 24 hours. This is an initial-response target, not a promise that every issue will be resolved within 24 hours. Resolution time depends on diagnosis, parts availability, site conditions and the support method required.
Spare parts
LIANXIN can arrange spare-parts support and international shipment. Identify parts by machine model, serial information, description and clear photos where available.
Frequently asked questions
How is delivery time confirmed?
Manufacturing and delivery schedules depend on the machine, mould, bottle trials, purchased components and agreed acceptance requirements. The project schedule is confirmed in the contract rather than stated as a universal lead time.
Can energy savings be guaranteed?
No universal percentage applies to every bottle. Source materials describe savings of up to about 40% for IBM-H hybrid-servo machines and up to about 70% for selected all-electric configurations under matched conditions. Actual consumption depends on the bottle, resin, cycle, utilities and operating settings.
Does the machine certificate approve the final bottle?
No. Equipment documentation does not replace material, bottle, closure or end-market validation for the finished package.
What should I send when requesting support?
Provide the machine model, serial information, current operating status, alarm or symptom, recent process changes, photos or video and the bottle or resin involved.
