Injection Blow and ISBM Technology

LIANXIN's technology portfolio covers injection blow molding, four-station injection blow molding, one-step injection stretch blow molding, matched bottle moulds and project auxiliary equipment. The scope below is limited to product families and process information already published from controlled company materials.

IBM-H hybrid-servo injection blow molding

The IBM-H family includes IBM-30H, IBM-50H, IBM-80H and IBM-135H. It combines servo-driven functions with a hydraulic clamping and injection platform for injection blow molding projects. Model selection must be based on the bottle drawing, resin, shot requirement, mould plan, cavities and site utilities.

IBM-E all-electric injection blow molding

The IBM-E family includes IBM-30E, IBM-50E, IBM-80E and IBM-135E. Each model has its own published injection, clamping, product-envelope and machine-footprint references. A larger model should not be selected from bottle volume alone.

IBBM-50E four-station platform

IBBM-50E is the published horizontal four-station platform in the current LIANXIN product set. Project review should cover resin, bottle geometry, wall distribution, mould temperature control, cooling, clean-workshop requirements and the written acceptance method.

BPET one-step injection stretch blow molding

BPET-70V4 and BPET-125V4 are the two published one-step four-station systems. The correct platform depends on the bottle and cavity matrix, resin, injection requirement, clamping requirement, utilities and required trial results.

Mould and auxiliary-equipment matching

Machine selection is only one part of the project. The bottle drawing, neck finish, mould, approved resin, feeding, drying, temperature control, cooling water and compressed air must be reviewed as one system.

Quality and acceptance boundary

Published specifications are catalogue references. Final machine configuration, output, bottle quality, qualification documents and acceptance criteria belong in the controlled project specification and trial record. LIANXIN does not infer a capability or certification from another model.
