Project materials

Depending on the bottle and approved grade, IBM projects may use HDPE, LDPE, PE, PP, PS or EVA. Material suitability must be confirmed through technical review and, where required, mould and bottle trials.

When IBM-H may be considered

Source materials indicate energy savings of up to about 40% compared with a conventional baseline under matched operating conditions. This is not a guaranteed result. Bottle geometry, material, cycle, utilities, maintenance and settings affect actual consumption.

LIANXIN confirms the model using bottle volume, weight, dimensions, neck finish, material, cavities, target output and site conditions. Published model names do not replace a project-specific technical specification.

IBM-H can be evaluated for pharmaceutical bottles, cosmetic bottles, food or dairy bottles and chemical or household bottles, subject to validation.
