Pharmaceutical bottle projects often require controlled neck dimensions, repeatable bottle weight, clean surfaces and documented inspection criteria. Machine, mould, resin, closure and the customer's validation plan must be considered together.

Depending on bottle and material, LIANXIN may evaluate IBM-H, IBM-E or ISBM together with a matched mould.
Catalogue examples include medicine bottles, pharmaceutical bottles, vaccine bottles and eyedroppers. These examples do not by themselves validate a finished package for pharmaceutical use.
Equipment documents and package validation are different
Machine quality or CE documentation does not certify the finished bottle for pharmaceutical use. Resin compliance, bottle performance, closure integrity, manufacturing environment and market-specific validation remain project responsibilities.
An agreed project may include checks for bottle weight, dimensions, neck fit, appearance, leakage or other defined criteria. Test method, sample size and acceptance limits should be written into the project specification before the acceptance run.
