Cosmetic Bottle Molding
Cosmetic bottles combine packaging function with appearance. Resin selection, transparency, surface quality, wall distribution, neck finish and closure compatibility should be confirmed before machine and mould design.

Important bottle requirements
- Bottle geometry and visual proportions
- Transparent, translucent, colored or opaque appearance
- Surface and parting-line expectations
- Neck dimensions for a cap, pump or other closure
- Bottle weight and wall distribution
- Approved resin and color system
- Leak, drop or other package tests
- Decoration or secondary-process interfaces
For PET/PETG skincare, perfume, serum or makeup projects, LIANXIN may evaluate IBBM-50E or one-step ISBM. For suitable HDPE, LDPE, PE, PP, PS or EVA cosmetic bottles and roll-on containers, IBM-H or IBM-E may be considered. All materials and processes require bottle-specific confirmation.
A cosmetic bottle's appearance depends on more than the machine. Mould surface, bottle shape, material behavior and process settings all influence the result. LIANXIN reviews the matched mould together with the selected machine and agreed sample criteria.
A successful machine trial does not replace compatibility testing between the finished bottle, closure, decoration and contents.
Compare machine families or send your cosmetic bottle drawing.
