Chemical and Household Bottle Molding
Chemical and household bottles may need controlled wall distribution, closure sealing, grip performance and compatibility between intended contents and packaging material.

Project review points
- Compatibility of contents, resin and closure
- Bottle volume, weight and wall distribution
- Neck finish and sealing method
- Squeeze, grip, roll-on, wide-mouth or irregular-shape requirements
- Filled-bottle stability and transport conditions
- Leak, drop or other agreed performance checks
- Labeling and downstream handling interfaces
- Required market and customer documentation
For suitable bottle and material projects, LIANXIN may evaluate IBM-H, IBM-E or BPET ISBM. Catalogue examples include daily-chemical roll-on bottles, lubricant and specialty-chemical packaging, wide-mouth jars and unequal or irregular bottle shapes.
Shape and handling considerations
Grip, roll-on fit, wide-mouth geometry, bottle asymmetry and filled-bottle use conditions should be included in the drawing and validation plan. A bottle should not be selected only by nominal volume.
LIANXIN can support machine, mould and bottle-trial evaluation. The customer remains responsible for confirming compatibility with actual contents, closure, transport, storage and applicable regulations.
